Returns and Warranty Policy

All returns must be pre-approved prior to return and are subject to a 35% restocking fee. All shipping charges related to returning the item are to be paid by the buyer. Supplies and equipment must be 100% complete, in the same condition as when sold, and in the original un-opened packaging as provided by the manufacturer (some exceptions may be allowed). All returns will be inspected and products found to be non-conforming will be rejected at Parkdale Graphic Service’s sole discretion. All electrical parts sales are final and non-refundable. Used parts are sold AS IS and are non-refundable. No returns will be accepted.
